Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use GuidedCase. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the site, the free check, the questionnaire and your account, and we review the site against that standard before and after changes.

If something is hard to use

If you have difficulty reading or using any part of the site, email support@guidedcase.com and we will help you complete your order another way. A person replies within one business day.

Suggestions for improving the site’s accessibility are welcome at the same address.

What this statement is

It describes the standard we work to and how to reach us. It is not a certification. Where we find a part of the site that falls short, we say so here and fix it.
